Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston-Billerica/Bedford/Burlington

Overall would give it zero stars. Absolutely disgusting. Hallways smelled like garbage, seafood, rotten milk and cooking smells. Sketchy vibe. Hallway garbage cans were over filled. Floors were dirty. Our room was actually nice, the bed was comfortable, but we left after only two days due to the smell and the sketchiness. Only felt safe in our room with the door locked. Gym facility looked okay, but I wouldn’t use it no towels or sanitizer spray on top of the horrible smells in the hallways. When we were about to leave our room to checkout housekeeping knocked on our door, we told them that we were vacating the room in two minutes. They knocked again and insisted that they come in to check the fire alarm. Once in the room they said this will take only two seconds and they proceeded to set the fire alarm off repeatedly. We quickly grabbed our stuff and left. Went and stayed at a much better Hilton hotel in the next town. Never will stay at any Homewood Suites again! First and last time for me.

We enjoyed our stay at this location a year and a half ago so we booked for a week; however, times have changed. I'm not sure where to begin. The room itself was nice enough though showing it's age. That said, it helps to keep up in maintenance and minor repairs and especially to keep common areas super clean - not happening. The location of our room within the hotel was horrendous due to noise. Based on clientele, I assume that this specific hotel has become one of the transition sites for refugees. We were in the wing with many adults & children who often had their doors open( day & night) and were yelling up and down the hall to each other The room across from us housed 1 maybe 2 adults and 4 kids. The adults yelled in the hall while allowing the children to run up and down the hall banging on doors. Tonight, New Year's Eve, now NYs day, it's 1:30am. Kids are running up & down the hall while the adults scold them. Some may ask why we didn't request a room change - short answer is because next room may not be different. Why not contact front desk ? Most of the employees we saw are young. It's not their fault that the Hilton company has decided to become part of this, I assume, state program. Should you decide to stay here, I suggest you request the "quiet wing) floor" if there is one. To Hilton, I do have audio of me sitting in the room listening to the hall disruptions on different evenings to corroborate We will not be staying at this location again.

Don’t let the rating fool you, this place was terrible. The only bright spot was the greeting at the front desk while checking in. The breakfast was basically a heat and serve type food, but not awful. The lobby wasn’t exactly clean and the seats near the kitchen were dated, dirty, and had no cushion left so you sank to the bottom. As for the room, 0/5 would be too high. The bedding was basically flat pillows and feeling every spring in the mattress. The sheets werent changed during my stay, just the bed was made. The housekeeping services consisted on replenishing the towels, taking the trash out, and making the bed- no vacuum or wipe the sink. The rug was stained, dirty, and smelled. The furniture was essentially the same way, just all food stains. Found a fingernail on the rug that wasn’t mine. The curtains had random spots in it and a smashed mosquito that perhaps a previous tenant left. The cob webs around the ceiling and windows gave the room a nice touch. The water in the shower was only hot two of the four days there. The toilet loudly ran for 20 minutes after flushing. Do yourself a favor and try the Hampton Inn down the road or just stay somewhere else altogether. If I’m in the area again for business I’d rather sleep in my car than this place.

The hotel room is disgusting, old and falling apart. As soon as we walked in the room smelled like urine so strong, because they allow pets we assumed that probably someone’s dog had an accident. We called room service they sent a cleaning lady she told us she has nothing to clean the carpet with. I don’t blame her, but how do you expect us to stay in the room!! We were supposed to stay for three nights we couldn’t wait to leave, it was late at night so we spent the one night and the left the next morning. We called and complained to Hilton customer service they offered us points, as if we are still interested in staying at a Hilton property. The room was $300 a night! Terrible experience!!
